ashtangi — Ashtanga Yoga App & Community

Welcome to ashtangi — an Ashtanga yoga app that connects practitioners.

Record your series and see who is practicing today around the world.

How ashtangi helps Ashtangis practice consistently

The practice is the same series, most days, for years. The hard part is not learning it. It is coming back tomorrow.

ashtangi keeps a record of a sequence you already know.

Your record, your journal

Practice at your shala, at home, or somewhere else. When you finish, record the series, the place, and pranayama if you did it. Rest days count too.

Add a journal entry if the practice left something you want to remember — notes stay private unless you share them. Your continuous streak is public, and so are total days in each series. You choose which other counts appear on your profile.

See who else is practicing today

Ashtanga is mostly solitary. Other people can be nearby without being in the room.

The home page shows who has already recorded today, across time zones, next to the Mysuru clock. When someone you follow records, ashtangi can notify you — or stay quiet.

The board and forum are there for questions about asanas, travel, or teachers. Posting is optional. The practice does not require a comment.
